Voxen Capital

What documents do I need to apply for a business loan in Canada?

For most working-capital products: 6 months of business bank statements, government ID, void cheque, and basic business info. Larger or longer-term financing also requires financial statements and tax filings.

Standard working-capital file: signed application, 6 months business bank statements, government ID for principal(s), void cheque or pre-authorized debit form.

Term loan / acquisition file: add 2 years of business tax returns, year-to-date financials, A/R and A/P aging, and a business plan or use-of-funds memo.

Equipment financing: add the equipment invoice or quote and details on the vendor.

Voxen pre-screens the file and tells you exactly what is needed before submission — there are no surprise document requests later.
