PME MTL funds (Fonds PME MTL and FLS Montréal)
PME MTL lends to Montreal businesses through two funds: Fonds PME MTL, up to $300,000, and FLS Montréal, up to $100,000. The business must put in at least 20% of the project itself. A non-repayable Fonds Jeunes entreprises contribution of up to $25,000 is available, but only alongside a PME MTL loan.

How it pays
Fonds PME MTL and FLS Montréal make loans, which are repaid. The business must put in at least 20% of the project, so on a $250,000 project at least $50,000 comes from the business before any PME MTL money.
The Fonds Jeunes entreprises contribution, up to $25,000, does not need to be repaid, but it is only available together with a PME MTL loan. It is not a stand-alone grant.
Funding your share while you wait
The 20% contribution is meant to be the business's own stake, and it is usually the hardest part to assemble quickly. Where the project includes equipment, that equipment can often be financed separately, which frees cash for the stake.
Voxen can arrange equipment financing or a term loan on the business's revenue and bank statements. It does not replace PME MTL's own analysis, and a PME MTL loan agreement is not used as security.

| Financing | Range | What it covers here |
|---|---|---|
| Term Loan | Loan Amount: $10,000 – $2,000,000 | Your share of a larger project, repaid in fixed instalments over several years. |
| Equipment Financing | Equipment Value: $10,000 – $5,000,000 | The equipment itself, whether a machine, a truck or a heating system, financed against that equipment. |
| Line of Credit | Credit Limit: $10,000 – $1,000,000 | Working capital while you wait for a reimbursement or a refund. Draw what the project needs, pay it down when the money arrives. |
